Re: 2009 Annual Statistical Reports
Dear Clerks & Recorders,
Greetings! I pray all is well where you are, physically, spiritually and holistically.
You will find at the bottom of this letter a PDF of a blank 2009 NEYM Statistical Rerport Form and the Instructions for filling out the 2009 Statistical Report. We will not be sending the rest of your meeting’s information this year for correction. We do however, hope to get more and more people opting-in to email.
You have two choices on how to respond. For any information that has changed or is new:
* You can print out the forms, handwrite corrections or additions and send them back via US postal mail.
* You can comment on the changed forms via Adobe Reader (see p. 46 of the Adobe Reader User Guide: “Add a sticky note,” and “Mark up text with edits”) with additions to the database in an MS Word document (or other text file) and send them back as file attachments via email (neym@neym.org).
* Or, you can ask me to print out all this material and send it to you in hard copy via US postal mail.
The Statistical Form and instructions are for reporting the 2009 figures to the YM—if you have constituent meetings (worship groups or preparative meetings), please include their statistics. A copy of the finished form should also be returned to your quarterly meeting clerk as well as to the yearly meeting office.
