About NEYM Online Registration

Online Registration is CLOSED

Supported Browsers: On a Windows PC you must use Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater. On a Macintosh PC you must use OSX and any version of the Safari Browser. Click the link "Go to the NEYM Online Registration Site" at the top of this page to begin your registration.

Payment Options: When registering online, you can pay over a secure server, hosted by digital.forest.net, by using 1) MasterCard or Visa credit card or, 2) by sending a check via US Postal Mail to the NEYM Registrar.

Financial Assistance from the Equalization Fund (for members and attenders of NEYM meetings only): If you are requesting financial aid from the Equalization Fund, you can fill out the online electronic form and then send a completed Equalization Fund Request Form via US Postal Mail, signed by your monthly meeting clerk. No household registration will be complete until the signed Equalization Fund Request Form is received by the Registrar.

Youth Program Health/Permission Form: Each Youth Program participant, from birth through age 18, must submit a Health/Permission Form to complete registration. Youth Program Health/Permission Forms can be downloaded from this website, filled in, and sent via email using the latest version of Adobe Reader software. No household registration will be complete until all Health and Permission Forms for all children attending NEYM Sessions are received by the NEYM Registrar.
