2001 Long
Range Planning Committee Report to NEYM Sessions
After the 2006 NEYM Sessions and the Procedural Review Committee’s final report, the Permanent Board appointed an ad hoc committee to follow up on that report. Their task was to respond to concerns raised in Permanent Board about the committee reorganization proposal. When the Ad Hoc Committee learned that a proposal for hiring a General Secretary would be presented to the January 2007 Permanent Board meeting, they felt discernment on changing committee structure could not happen until the question of a General Secretary was settled. The following is the work of this Committee as presented to Permanent Board:
10/14/2006
report to Permanent Board of the Ad Hoc Committe to follow up on
the recommendations of the Procedural Review Committee (including
attachements)
1/20/2007
report to Permanent Board of the Ad Hoc Committe to follow up on
the recommendations of the Procedural Review Committee (including
attachements)
Also in 2006, as mentioned above, Permanent Board appointed an Ad Hoc Committee on Yearly Meeting Staffing.

report of the Ad Hoc Committee on
YM Staffing, recommending the position of General Secretary.
