Personnel Manual

The Personnel Manual presents the personnel policies and practices of New England Yearly Meeting. It defines the employee benefits, hiring and termination procedures, review process, etc. The policies are approved by Permanent Board upon recommendation of the Personnel Committee. The appendicies and attachments, which represent the current implementation of the policies, are adopted by the Personnel Committee.
