The Calendar Committee provides a monthly calendar of Meeting, Yearly Meeting, and other Friends' activities further afield, including coordination of Meeting committees and events.
The Calendar Committee compiles a monthly bulletin.
The Calendar Committee accepts or refuses bookings for use of the building by outside groups, unless it is deemed necessary for Monthly Meeting to make the decision. The Clerk may deal with bookings of a routine nature.
The Calendar Committee produces the annual Meeting Directory, handles the Meeting mail, and works in conjunction with all other Meeting committees as needed.
